CoreMMIS Email Deactivated – Contact your Field Representative with Issues

Effective April 14, 2017, the Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) will deactivate the incoremmis2015im@hpe.com email box, which was established to help answer providers' questions and resolve issues related to the implementation of CoreMMIS. Providers will need to resume the standard inquiry methods for requesting assistance and resolving issues:

Watch indianamedicaid.com for news alerts, new IHCP bulletins and banner pages, updates to provider reference modules, and other valuable information. Be sure to sign up for IHCP email notifications, so you know when important information has been published to indianamedicaid.com.

Communicate with IHCP via Secure Correspondence on the Provider Healthcare Portal.
