Transition from IndianaAIM to MMIS

On February 29, 2016, FSSA is expected to transition their claims processing system from IndianaAIM to CoreMMIS. To read more about this transition, click here.

Along with the processing system, FSSA will also transition filing claims from interChange to the Provider Healthcare Portal (Portal). To read more about the transition for filing claims, click here.

FSSA is estimating that 45 days prior to the go-live date for CoreMMIS the provider enrollment function and processing will be suspended so that there is a clean break during the transition. They are also estimating that 30 days prior to the go-live date paper claims processing will be suspended. Finally, they are estimating that 15 days prior to the go-live date electronic claims processing will be suspended.

During the blackout periods, FSSA will continue to accept provider enrollments and claims, but they will not begin to be processed until the go-live date. FSSA does anticipate a backlog, but will work through that by dedicating more internal and contract staff to the process during that time.

It is also important for all providers to participate in the online training and submit any concerns to incoremmis2015im@hp.com prior to these suspended time periods. The online training can be accessed at http://provider.indianamedicaid.com/ihcp/HCPTraining/DPT003/story.html
